TX Atty General Suing Biden Administration for ‘Outright Disregard of the Public Health Crisis” at Border
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing the Biden administration for disobeying his administration’s own COVID-19 rules. The administration has placed restrictions on all Americans and the state of Texas but has flagrantly allowed them to be disregarded when it comes to migrants congregating at the U.S. border.
In a released statement from Paxton’s office, he accuses the Biden administration of encouraging the spread of the novel coronavirus. “President Biden’s outright disregard of the public health crisis in Texas by welcoming and encouraging mass gatherings of illegal aliens is hypocritical and dangerous.”
Paxton’s office addressed not just the viral spread, but the economic and educational effects as well. “This reckless policy change stifles the reopening of the Texas economy at a time when businesses need it the most and when our children need to get back to in-person learning as soon as possible.”
Additionally, the Attorney General called out the lack of “law and order” saying it “must be immediately upheld and enforced to ensure the safety of our communities and the reopening of the strongest economy of the country.”
Paxton’s actions are the latest of many politicians criticizing the Biden-Harris administration for their disregard of the tragedies occurring at our southern border. Fox News reports “critics have accused Biden of inflaming the situation by rolling back Trump-era border protections like the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP).”
Additional critique has been of the Biden administration “not applying Title 42 public health protections to unaccompanied children – whose numbers have increased rapidly in recent months” reports Fox News. The result is the encouragement of “migrants to make the treacherous journey north and indicated to migrants that the border is open.”

JB’s administration is full of hypocrisy- every time they turn around they’re doing or saying something two-faced. They can’t keep track of their lies- that’s why they get caught up in them so frequently. JB and crew only care about promoting themselves, their wallets, and their agenda. They’ve proven they don’t give a crap about America or Americans, or they would be keeping the borders closed until the pandemic is under control. Instead they’re putting our nation in jeopardy of thugs and drugs, along with turning us all into socialists. It’s time for the Right to come out swinging and put the TRUTH in everyone’s faces.

It’s amazing how Americans can be locked down, forced to stay inside, forced to wear masks, and forced to surrender their way of life yet, any and everyone that can cross our border illegally is not tested, or vetted and let into the country to go anywhere. These same illegals are given the same benefits that American citizens are entitled to.
Good for AG Paxton, I hope other AGs will join him and hold Biden legally accountable.
