Tim Scott Slams Biden For Executive Order Stealing From His Police Reform Bill
On Wednesday evening, Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) slammed President Biden for apparently stealing key pieces of Scott’s police reform bill, the JUSTICE Act, which stalled in the Senate in 2020 over opposition from Democrats.
“After the radical ‘defund the police’ movement helped create the current crime wave, President Biden is pursuing a partisan approach to many of the exact same policy solutions I proposed in the JUSTICE Act just two years ago. The fact is Democrats used a filibuster they call racist to block my reforms that they’re now embracing,” Scott said in a statement.
“While my proposal added funding to help local law enforcement comply with higher standards, the Democrats’ proposal sets departments up for failure by issuing unfunded federal mandates,” he added. “Making it harder for police to do their jobs to the best of their ability should be a nonstarter, yet that’s exactly what the Biden plan does. I’m disappointed that the president who campaigned on unity has once again fallen into the trap of divisive politics.”
Among many other similarities between the JUSTICE Act and Biden’s executive order, they both would have created a database for law enforcement officer misconduct, created a database for use-of-force by officers, and banned chokeholds.
President Biden has a long history of presenting other people’s work as his own. When Biden was a student at Syracuse Law School in 1965, he plagiarized 5-pages from a law review journal. During his first failed presidential campaign in 1988, Biden repeatedly plagiarized from speeches by multiple politicians. Even Biden’s “Build Back Better” slogan was stolen from a United Nations initiative.

Isn’t just like a lying democrat to often take credit for other peoples work!These are nothing new for scumbag democrats to do! And Biden is the lowest form of a loser that this isn’t too low for his administration to do! Just lije when they create problems then “ circle back” and take credit to say they are solving the problem that they created in the first place! Take for example their stance on defund the police; Now they say that they’re weren’t the ones advocating to actually defund the police!

Policing isn’t even a federal matter! … It’s STATE and LOCAL. STOP trying to bring our local policing, that we pat for in many types of taxes. With fed lonely comes fed control!
We will fund our own police, thank you, and then they will not be controlled by fed laws and fed money. We want them loyal to us, who foot the bill.

He is a racist (always has been, still is), is more about self and his family … cares nothing about Citizens, this Country.
