Darn right, it’s unconstitutional. Singling out a group of any farmer is a blatant show of prejudice. I know a farmer who dumped $40,000 worth of vegetables last summer because his vendors couldn’t accept them due to Whitmer shutting the vendors down. What did that cost him to prep the soil, buy seed and fertilizer, plant the seed, spray for pests, etc? Probably close to another $40,000. Why is he not getting relief just because he’s not black? All farmers should be getting relief.
