Rep. Omar Fundraising on Anti-Israel Premise she is Working for a ‘More Peaceful world’
Democratic Congressional Representative Ilhan Omar of Minnesota has, alongside her anti-Israel colleagues and members of the ‘squad,’ been tweeting in support of Hamas as they continuously launch rockets into Israel this week.
Omar is now taking advantage of the criticism she received for her anti-Israel sentiments and capitalizing on it. Omar launched a fundraiser on Facebook, in which the ad from her campaign read, “A whole bunch of radical right-wingers – from Ted Cruz to Donald Trump – are angry at Ilhan for bringing to light violence against the Palestinian people during the holy month of Ramadan.”
“Will you donate $5, $10, or $20 now to support her campaign? Ilhan will never let up her work for a more peaceful world. It’s thanks to your support that she is able to give voice to the issue of human rights violations here and abroad” the campaign adds.
Senator Ted Cruz of Texas accused Omar of acting as a “press secretary for Hamas.” Additional squad members’ comments on the violent attacks against Israel include Representative Rashida Tlaib of Michigan saying Israel is “promoting racism and dehumanization” under an “apartheid system” that discriminates against Palestinians.
New York Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was upset that Biden declared Israel had the right to defend itself, saying, the president gave little context to the situation and was “siding with the occupation.”
When Democrat and former presidential candidate Andrew Yang posted “I’m standing with the people of Israel who are coming under bombardment attacks, and condemn the Hamas terrorists” he later walked back his comments due to backlash from Omar and the progressive squad members.

As usual, Cruz is absolutely correct. Omar has a twisted sense of right and wrong. Israel was recognized as a sovereign nation and if Trump were still in the WH the two nations would be sitting at the same table hammering out their differences. This is a complex situation that is being used to test JB and of course, he’s failing to step up to the plate to defend the US and its citizens. JB’s administration is the biggest, sickest, saddest joke of all time. God will set these people straight and it will get really ugly for all of them.

Marcia, you are right on! The raghead of “the Squad” has no damn right to criticize Israel. As a Muslim, she has it in her genes to despise anything or anyone Israeli. SHE, who married her brother to give him citizenship; SHE, whose husband is said to use for his no-good deeds her campaign funds! However, as another Democrat, idiot Ilhan can do no wrong. She needs to be sent to China, never to return, to be thrown into the labor camps where the Chinese government is now holding thousands of Muslims. What a WITCH with a capital B!
