MUST WATCH! Leo scolds Geraldo Rivera: ‘How dare you blame Trump for that?’
“We have a rule of law. We have due process. And for you to come on this program and say that he was responsible is wrong.”
In another heated appearance with Geraldo Rivera on America’s Newsroom, Leo Terrell demanded evidence as to how Donald Trump caused the Capitol riot on January 6.
Rivera made it clear that he blames Trump for the riot, urging Congress to censure the former president.
“I think that what Congress has to do now, what the Senate specifically has to do, with this vote yesterday where it’s clear that 45 republicans are not going to go along with impeachment, I think – and I spoke with Senator Rob Portman this morning – what the Senate has to do is a joint bipartisan resolution to censure Donald Trump,” Rivera said.
“Let’s censure him. Let’s say ‘what you did was unacceptable, you incited that, we know that you’re not going to be convicted on impeachment, we censure you, you can run for office later on down the road if you care to, if the people want you to.’ Let’s have a remedy for what happened that is achievable,” he added.
Terrell snapped back, scolding Rivera for his accusation.
“How dare you blame Donald Trump for that?,” Terrell asked. “We have a rule of law. We have due process. And for you to come on this program and say that he was responsible is wrong,” he added.
“You should not say that and you should apologize to Donald Trump for that statement. You have no facts to justify that.”
“President Trump needs to apologize to us,” Rivera pushed back.
“No, you’re wrong,” Terrell replied, demanding Rivera provide evidence to back up his statements.
“I think you should review the First Amendment again because I will ask you right now on TV, tell me the words, the magic words that he used to incite those criminals. Tell me the magic words right now, Geraldo,” Terrell urged.
“I’ll give you three weeks of incitement,” Rivera said. “What in the hell do you think that crowd was going to do when they got to the Capitol, what were they going to do?”
“That’s speculation,” Terrell said.

I agree with Leo Terrell again. And it’s getting to be habitual now.
LT 2.0 talks nothing but good sense and that is entirely disarming to those who come from emotion- and prejudice-based judgments and appeals You look like a dope denying or shape-shifting away from facts, rule of law, and logic.
Leo, you are firing on all cylinders, my man. May you have the strength to carry on. You inspire me to fine a way to get in the fray along with you. I’ll find a way.

I have been saying the same thing as Leo since January 6th. Show me the words. We already saw how the transcript of the Ukraine discussion between Trump and Zelensky exonerated Trump. Let’s see the transcript of the DC Rally. The worst thing the Democrats can say is he said “Fight for your country”. “Fight” is used by politicians all the time. It only means to work hard. Biden’s campaign raising committee was called the “Biden Fight Fund”. Was that to support insurrections during the elections. How about the political term “war chest”. So get real Democrats and stop your whining. You won the election in the court room based on technicalities like jurisdiction and standing (not ballots). Stop being such sore winners. It’s the only thing worse than a sore loser.
