After a night of unrest in the City of Roses, President Trump took his thoughts to Twitter.  President Trump called on federal law enforcement to “get” the “Antifa radicals” after rioters in Portland toppled statues of Presidents Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt during “day of rage” protests over the Christopher Columbus holiday.

“The FBI and Law Enforcement must focus their energy on ANTIFA and the Radical Left, those who have spent the summer trying to burn down poorly run Democrat Cities throughout the USA!,” the president tweeted Monday.

“Taking advantage of fools. Law & Order! Portland, call in the Feds!,” Trump said in another tweet.

In the wake of a 6-month long stint of protests following the death of George Floyd, the president has adopted the term “Law & Order,” making it – along with contempt towards the riots – a slogan and central aspect of his re-election campaign.

The president even took it a step further, linking his opposition to Antifa.

“These are Biden fools. ANTIFA RADICALS. Get them FBI, and get them now!,” Trump tweeted.

“Put these animals in jail, now. The Radical Left only knows how to take advantage of very dumb ‘leadership’ fools. This is Biden! Law & Order!”

Trump accused leadership in Portland of not doing enough to clean up the riots and urged voters to hit the polls

“The Radical Left fools in Portland don’t want any help from real Law Enforcement which we will provide instantaneously. Vote!,” he tweeted.

A crowd of nearly 200 people marched through Portland Sunday on a mission of destruction. The group tore down two statues, smashed windows at the Oregon Historical Society and damaged storefronts, according to the New York Post.

Police declared a riot, ordered the crowds to disperse and responded in force to the protestors, according to the Oregonian via the Post.
