Joe Biden claims roomier airline seats ‘unfair’ to ‘people of color’

President Joe Biden certainly showed just how far he is willing to stretch in order to look like the champion for “people of color.” In a headline that makes one do a double take, Fox News reported “Biden mocked for claiming extra cost of roomier airline seats is ‘unfair’ to ‘people of color.”

While speaking on Wednesday, President Joe Biden made the argument that airlines need to get rid of “junk fees.” Fair enough; we would all love that. Except all credibility was lost when he argued that the extra expense associated with the extra legroom on the majority of airlines hits “people of color” the hardest.

The Washington Free Beacon tweeted out a 22-second video clip of the President, saying, “some airlines, if you want six more inches between you and the seat in front, you pay more money but you don’t know it…these are junk fees, they’re unfair and they hit marginalized Americans the hardest, especially…people of color.”

Hundreds were quick to mock the President’s words. Former RNC communications strategist Doug Heye responded, “who had Legroom Equity as a Dem closing message on their bingo card?”

Former Trump adviser Sebastian Gorka simply responded, “is this a joke?” Newsweek opinion editor Josh Hammer tweeted, “these people have literally one talking point. One.”
