Harris: ‘We’re About to Take Ourselves Off the Map as a Role Model’ if Voting Rights Bill Not Passed
Now that Biden’s Build Back Better bill is off the table, suddenly Vice President Kamala Harris is zeroing in on voting rights legislation. She has gone so far as to threaten that if the United States does not pass her liberal agenda, It will lose its “role model” status.
Someone should tell her that thanks to the poor job she and her commander-in-chief Joe Biden are doing, that “role model” status has been on a slippery slope. Turns out, however, that Harris was actually tasked with spearheading voting rights over the summer.
We saw her just about as much in that role as we did in her task to tend to the border crisis, which her administration refuses to call a crisis. In an interview with CBS’ “Face the Nation” Harris claimed America would lose its “role model” status if Congress fails to pass the voting rights legislation.
She is pushing for lawmakers to pass the For the People Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. “We have been a role model saying, ‘You can see this and aspire to this and reject autocracies and autocratic leadership,” she said in the pre-recorded interview which aired Sunday.
“Right now, we’re about to take ourselves off the map as a role model if we let people destroy one of the most important pillars of a democracy, which is free and fair elections” added Harris. The push for voting rights overhaul comes as liberal cities across the country are passing legislation allowing non-American citizens the right to vote.
“I’m the vice president of the United States” she continued. Beating her own chest, she stated, “Anything that I handle is because it’s a tough issue, and it couldn’t be handled at some other level. And there are a lot of big, tough issues that need to be addressed, and it has actually been a part of my lifelong career to deal with tough issues – and this is no different.”
To say it “couldn’t be handled at some other level” is not only narcissistic but also false. The “other level” hasn’t “handled” it because it’s a terrible idea.

Kamala Harris you and the Biden administration failed for role model the first week in office one example which I shouid not need to point it out but the covid vacunes you trying to say help with covid epidemic but you have the boarders open you have done nothing about it want citizens to get vaccinated but illegal immigrants coming in unvaccinated I couid go in and on but I wouid not let any of you role model my dogs that’s how sad role models your administration is everyone knows it

I.D. REQUIREMENTS FOR VOTING HAS BEEN IN PLACE IN MOST COUNTRIES EXCEPT THE USA AND SHOUKD BE A REQUISITE HERE ALSO.
WE NEED TO CATCH UP WITH OTHER COUNTRIES UNLESS WE WANT THE DEMOCRAT PARTY TELLING US WHO’S GOING TO RUN THIS COUNTRY!!!

We haven’t been a role model for some time. Check education, healthcare, graduation rates, infant mortality rate and what people like you have done to our democracy and moral compass. So also. Name a VP that has gotten more play than you have. Why you’re the first of everything aren’t you? Maybe your coverage is a direct reflection of what people really think of you. Just sayin is all VEEP.

26+ states have passed sensible, manageable voting rights legislation. Proof of citizenship, proof I.D., one vote per registered voter, mail in ballots by request only, no harvesting, clean up voter rolls on a regular basis. Our most precious right is being consistently abused, double voting, fake ballots (voting with an unsolicited mail in ballot, voting in multiple states. Dems like Harris want a”Third Rate America”, so we look like much of the world.
