‘FLAG FAIRY’: Tree climber in Texas places Trump flags where thieves can’t reach them

Across the country, Trump signs are being defaced, destroyed and even stolen. 

But in Texas, one man had a genius solution. 

An anonymous tree climber in Angelina County has been placing Trump 2020 flags on top of large trees, far out of reach of thieves and vandals. The daring feat comes amid several cases of Trump merchandise being reportedly stolen or vandalized by the left. 

According to KETK, the anonymous man dresses up in a full suit and Trump mask, arrives in a limo, climbs to the top of the tree and places the flag. 

And he’s put up 30 of them. 

This bold move even gained the attention of President Trump, who took to Twitter to express his gratitude. 

“In Lufkin, Texas – someone was stealing Trump signs, so an anonymous tree climber put up 30 of them throughout the community,” he tweeted. 

“Love it, thank you! #MAGA”

U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert tweeted that he had taken the picture in Lufkin and sent it to White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows. 

“Pure East Texas can do ingenuity! Now the world has seen it. Gotta love it,” the lawmaker wrote.

In another tweet, Gohmert referred to the anonymous man as a “flag ninja.”

While Republicans in the town are ecstatic with the patriotic displays, other residents are not so happy. 

Jason Rogers, a Democrat Texas House candidate, shared his discontent in a tweet. 

“I’m the Democrat running for Texas House District 57,” he wrote in a response to Trump’s tweet of praise. 

“I live in Lufkin, Texas, and I have to see these stupid flags in trees every day.”

Proud residents of the town have taken to Twitter to share their praise for the so-called “flag fairy.”
