Breonna Taylor

Breonna Taylor, the 26-year-old Black female who was tragically killed during a botched drug raid in Louisville, Kentucky was amongst the deaths that occurred by police officers which sparked national outrage and intensified the Black Lives Matter movement. Taylor’s mother is speaking out about the organization that claims to help the Black community, as “fraud.”

In a social media post, which has since been removed from Facebook, Tamika Palmer wrote a lengthy post that included the statement, “I have never personally dealt with BLM Louisville and personally have found them to be fraud, (state Rep.) Attica Scott another fraud.”

Representative Scott, who Palmer singled out, “has been one of the state’s leading proponents of a ban on no-knock police warrants” reports The Post. Taylor’s death occurred during a no-knock raid on her apartment. Taylor’s family was awarded $12 in September by the City of Louisville in a wrongful death lawsuit.

It is unclear how or why the statement was taken down. The New York Post writes “Palmer’s savaging of BLM comes just days after The Post reported BLM co-founder and avowed Marxist Patrisse Khan-Cullors had snapped up at least $3.2 million in real estate.”

Palmer’s scathing remarks about the BLM movement continued: “I’ve watched y’all raise money on behalf of Breonna’s family who has never done a damn thing for us…talk about fraud… I could walk in a room full of people who claim to be here for Breonna’s family who don’t even know who I am…I’m so sick of some of y’all…I’m done with this s##t enough is enough.”

Wow, this poor mother has to watch her daughter’s death be used as a political tool, day after day, week after week. I cannot imagine how that must feel. I personally am so tired of the way our representatives use every situation as an excuse to ask for more donations. If you want us to fight this, donate now. If you need us to do that, donate now. Maybe actually do something genuine and in the best interest of all of us and our country with the millions or billions you already have.
