Doocy Stuns Psaki With Line Of Questioning She Wasn’t Expecting
Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki about President Biden’s support of the Texas Democrats who fled Texas to block the vote on election security legislation.
“About voting rights and these Texas lawmakers who have come to Washington,” Doocy began, “do you know… of any examples from his 36 years in the Senate that Joe Biden just hopped on a train and left town to avoid a vote that he knew he was going to lose?”
Thinking it was funny, Psaki laughed, and said, “Welcome back.”
“Look,” she continued. “I think that the president’s view is that these Texas legislators were making a statement through action in opposition to efforts in their state to oppose restrictions on people’s fundamental rights and their rights to vote in their state.”
“That is why they departed. The vice president met with these legislators yesterday and the vice pres — and the president, I should say — certainly applauds their actions and their outspoken opposition to efforts to put in place restrictive measures in their state,” she added.
Doocy responded, “And maybe it is funny to think about it that way, but the president is talking about this as the most serious assault on our democracy —”
“I don’t think anything about this is funny,” Psaki said as she held back laughter. “I think what is important to note, though, here is that there are 28 states, including Texas, where there are laws in place or in the process to make it harder to vote and it requires bold action. It requires bold voices to speak out against that and make sure people understand their rights.”
“That’s exactly what’s happening here,” she said.
In Texas, where Democrat former President Lyndon B. Johnson won his 1948 Senate race by stealing the election through voter fraud, there were two bills to be voted on that would expand early voting hours while also putting in place restrictions to prevent voter fraud. To block the ability for these bills to be voted on, Texas Democrat lawmakers hopped on private jets and left the state.
“Private planes carrying more than 50 Democrats left Austin for Dulles International Airport midafternoon, skipping town just days before the Texas House of Representatives was expected to give early approval to sweeping new voting restrictions in a special legislative session,” The Associated Press reported. “The numbers meant the House would not have enough lawmakers in attendance to conduct business and could not, at least for now, vote on the bill.”

Maybe they should not get involved in something that they don’t live with. Until they become a Texan, stay out of it. And clean up their own messes first.

Doocy is the only reporter who asks tough questions!! The others questions are softball!! Except when a Republican is in office!!

Dems say laws make it harder to vote. What they mean is, they make it harder to CHEAT! Democrats, especially after their demonstration of the Biden Cabal, can NEVER win an election based on ideology! It’s an ideology that’s toxic to everyone…except party leaders. People don’t voluntarily submit to top-down slavery! Avenues to CHEAT must be available, if the Marxist plan is to be realized.

I cannot believe that people do not understand what this administration along with these 50 democrats from Texas are really trying to do. How can anyone be that blind? Texas is wanting to secure the legal voter, not have thousands of unregistered voters casting their presidential vote when they’re not even legal. That’s insane to think they have a right to vote. Become a US citizen or go back where you came from.
