TERRELL: ‘Donald Trump has an endgame…the U.S. Supreme Court’
“Donald Trump has an endgame and the endgame is to get this issue up to the United States Supreme Court.”
In a Newsmax interview Tuesday, Leo Terrell discussed the Trump Campaign’s legal challenges and how, despite states certifying their election results, the process is not over just yet.
“I’ll tell you right now, I see it as a lawyer and I also see it as the biggest Trump supporter on the planet. The certification process is still maybe 2 weeks away. Trump tweeted out yesterday, and I agree, he is still pursuing all the legal challenges because the certification process has to be agreed upon by all the state lawmakers and then he can challenge the certification process,” he said.
“So, as it stands right now, and again with the backdrop of Al Gore, Gore pushed 37 days, it is still early and I am still behind the president as he continues to fight this through the court system,” he added.
In a tweet Monday night, President Trump recommended the General Services Administration to begin “initial protocols” in the transition process; the left-wing media took this as a concession, but Terrell urged that it was nothing of the sort.

“That is left wing media garbage. This is just a formality,” he said. “It does not impede Donald Trump’s process through the legal system. Donald Trump has an endgame and the endgame is to get this issue up to the United States Supreme Court and he has plenty of time to do that. What the GSA did means nothing, it does not at all impede his process through the legal system,” he continued.
“I think you do not litigate a case of national constitutional importance in the court of public opinion.”

Hello! I’m brand new to Parler and still getting my feet wet. Love this place so far, and Leo, I find your articles and comments outstanding! I love this President and I can’t believe what I’m seeing go down in this country. Trump obviously won in a HUGE landslide. What the Dems have is pathetic. It’s very difficult to speak up as a conservative these days without being attacked by some idiot leftist. They solve the world’s problems so well from inside the teacher’s lounge.

Watching from Melbourne Australia on Fox , all the conservative/ republican shows (Levin; Ingraham; carlson; Hannity. jeannine; Steve hilton and the others) such smart articulate and amazing people. Ladies are all gorgeous looking as well. Always have a smile on their faces, and get along so well with each other. We inadvertently switched onto CNN, and what miserable, ranting/ ugly people. LOVE you Leo your such fun and so articulate. The hatred of the Democrats towards Trump is so deep, they seem to even hate themselves…so evil many of them. What goes around comes around may it hurry up!! Love Trump too. He has been put through hell , such bullying. Best POTUS ever.
