CREEPY UNCLE JOE: Biden’s Sweet Nothings; Whispers Answers to Press in Odd Exchange

Maybe President Joe Biden feels remorseful for condescendingly snapping at the press corps last week, so he has changed his tune. In an uncomfortable and bizarre press conference Thursday, Biden slowly whispered his answers into the microphone.

Biden announced a bipartisan agreement had been made on his infrastructure package. “We have a deal,” Biden said outside the White House. “We have made serious compromises on both ends,” said the president.

When responding to questions from the press, Biden turned his enthusiasm into sweet nothings. “I got them $1.9 trillion dollars in relief so far” he whispered with his head lowered to the mic. “They’re going to be getting checks in the mail that are consequential,” he said. In another response, he quietly said, “I wrote the bill” then lowered his head further “on the environment.”

At one point Biden’s sweet whispers crossed the creepy line when he said “pay them more” followed by a pause, open mouth and steely wide-opened eyes. Without moving he then raised his voice for some reason and appears to have forgotten what he was talking about said, “this is an employee” pause, “an employee’s bargaining chip” then back to a quiet whisper, “now.” He finished his statement by questioning “what’s happening?” We were wondering the same thing, Mr. President.
