Mr. Terrell is available to examine your current employee handbook to ensure that it includes pertinent information regarding employee rights. When we find any necessary changes to the handbook, we will work along with you and your company to create an updated version of your current handbook. After we create a new handbook, we will continue to be available to re-examine the handbook as we become aware of changes in applicable laws.

SUPERVISOR HANDBOOKS

Another important asset to your company is a handbook not only for employees, but for supervisors as well. Mr. Terrell is also available to work with your company to create a supervisor handbook. This handbook would detail the proper procedures that should be taken when faced with employee/employer disputes. It will also outline the parameters of illegal employee conduct, and will serve as a guideline for acceptable behavior in the workplace whether a dispute is taking place or not.

CONSULTAION/TRAINING SEMINARS

Mr. Terrell is available to provide consultation to your company, as well as present training seminars that would allow all of the company’s employees, including supervisors, to be kept up to date on current rights-related issues. This would be a useful addition to an employee and supervisor handbook and give an opportunity for employees and supervisors to have a first-person question/answer session with Mr. Terrell. MEDIATION

Should disputes arise, Mr. Terrell is available to mediate employee/employer disputes. This service is beneficial not only because Mr. Terrell has extensive expertise regarding employee rights, but additionally he has worked "both sides of the story" in the sense that he experienced the litigation process on the employee’s side, as well as the preventative process on the employer’s side.
